Plant in a hole deep enough to accommodate the plug

Soil Type

Well drained fertile soil.

Garden ready plug plants are supplied as our largest sized plugs and are very easy to grow, perfect for the novice and experienced gardener alike. Each plug plant supplied is 10-15cm in height and 5cm in width, supplied in trays of 30. They are ready to plant on arrival straight into their final location in your garden or in pots, baskets and containers if you choose to. They are the easiest plug plant to succeed with, the quickest of all to establish and grow.
On arrival, give them a little water (if required) and light and they will be ready to plant within 48 hours. Pot on for two weeks and they will be ready to plant outdoors, alternatively they can be planted out straight away in a weed free container when there is no danger of frost. Deadhead regularly to help encourage a further growth of flower heads. Supplied as MAXI PLUGS approx 8cm long, which are garden ready.
