Asclepias Tuberosa, otherwise known as the 'Butterfly Weed' is a dramatic and vibrant variety of milkweed guaranteed to attract interest to the summer garden, not to mention bees and butterflies! From June to September, the Milkweed Plant produces striking clusters of small, startling orange blooms atop stiff, robust branches. These can even be used as trelliage to support weaker close growing plants, making Asclepias Tuberosa a versatile addition to any bed or border.
